"I loved DRIVE from the very first moment Lexie played it for me. As Lexie had written the song about her beautiful old Buick, there was no doubt that the video had to be built around her driving in it. But where and why? It had to be like Thelma & Louise aka Lexie & her yellow Buick. After more intimate talks, it became the story about a woman who finally gathers the strength to leave her abusive relationship behind - with the car as her healing tool. The journey shows her transformation back into being a free, independent and strong woman. It is a journey we both want to inspire amongst women all over the world."
